Qi Gong Workshop
Sometimes called mediation through movement, Qi Gong is an integral part of Traditional Chinese Medicine that has been practiced and improved for thousands of years. This workshop moves beyond the techniques in basic Qi Gong classes. Not only will you learn to feel the energy, but how to direct and share it as well.
People of any age and physical condition can practice Qi Gong. With continual practice, you will not only feel healthier, but have a deeper self-awareness and harmony with nature. As you enhance your own energy, you can direct that healing energy to friends, family, animal companions and nature.
This is a very gentle form of meditation through breath work and movement. Beginners welcome! We have over a 99% success rate of teaching new practitioners how to feel energy! Experience energy directly for yourself through these simple techniques! (people only at this workshop—but the skills you learn you can take home to your pets)
